Profit Seeker is journalism, not advice. We publish general commentary about public companies and markets. We are not licensed to advise you, we do not know your situation, and we may be compensated by companies or advertisers we write about. Every issue that carries such a relationship says so. Never invest based solely on what you read here.
Highgraph Marketing LLC is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser or broker-dealer, nor with any state securities regulator, and is not a certified financial planner. We publish general-circulation financial commentary. We do not manage money, hold client funds, or open accounts.
Nothing published by Profit Seeker is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, nor an endorsement of any investment strategy. Mentioning a company is not a suggestion that you buy it. Our content is general and takes no account of your objectives, finances, tax position, or risk tolerance.
Our business model includes advertising and sponsored placement. We may be paid cash or other consideration by issuers, investor-relations firms, or third parties to produce or distribute content about a company.
Where that is the case, the specific issue discloses it — who paid, how much, and in what form — as required by Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 and the FTC's endorsement guidelines. Compensated content creates a conflict of interest: we have a financial reason to write about that company. Read it with that in mind.
We, our staff, and our contributors may hold positions in securities we write about, and may buy or sell at any time.
Some links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up or buy. This costs you nothing extra and does not determine our editorial view. Advertising is labelled as advertising.
We draw on public filings, company disclosures, and third-party data believed reliable, but we do not independently audit them and cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness. Information can be out of date by the time you read it. We are not obliged to update it.
Content may contain forward-looking statements — projections, expectations, and opinions about the future. These are inherently uncertain, involve known and unknown risks, and are opinion, not fact. Actual outcomes may differ materially.
Past performance does not indicate future results. Any performance figures, whether ours or a third party's, are historical and no guarantee of anything. We do not claim that following our coverage will produce a profit or avoid a loss.
Investing involves substantial risk, including total loss of principal. Small-capitalisation, thinly traded, and early-stage securities are especially volatile and may be difficult to sell. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose. Consider consulting a licensed financial adviser, broker, or tax professional who knows your circumstances before acting.
Guest contributions, quoted material, and linked sites reflect their authors' views, not ours. We do not endorse and are not responsible for them.
